Coupled with the fact that you really cannot use EQ to completely solve room tuning issues across the full spectrum and the $850 + mic cost this really seems like a product geared towards separating "audiophiles" from their money and not a product to be used in pro facilities that mix or master music!This 100 %. ![]() This new product seems to be entirely geared toward listening to music from your computer at home and NOT towards the music professional - the product page specifically states you don't want to have acoustic treatment as you don't want your room to look like a recording studio! It also re-states the mostly incorrect idea that books/LPs are a viable treatment option for your room. ![]() I downloaded the free iPhone app and its fine/interesting but there is a HUGE difference between "correcting" a know speaker element (earbuds) that have no interaction with room acoustics and what this product claims to do
